I'm checking the web with Google Chrome, but the CPU usage is at 80%.

Processor: QuadCore AMD Ryzen 3 1200, 3100 MHz
Graphics: GeForce GT 630 (1 GB)

I saw some articles suggesting this might be intentional because of Adblock plugins.
