The slow RAM speed is hurting performance. Ryzen's core communication depends a lot on RAM. Try entering speeds manually instead of using DOCP to check if you can boost performance. Adjust the voltage, frequency, and timings yourself (and don’t hesitate to use higher voltage for stability—1.35 is a solid starting point).

XMP isn't actually an official fix, yet it doesn't seem to work well with stock settings. Consider adjusting speed and voltage directly, letting timings handle themselves, and test for a boot. If successful, modify timings manually.

Improving your speed requires better RAM. An Agesa update won’t alter the experience. 2133 is extremely slow. You might want to trade in your current gear for something faster.

Your RAM is labeled as 3600 CL18, but your motherboard supports 3200 CL18. That means the specs might be conflicting or outdated.

The supported official speed is 3200, but higher speeds are possible using OC (as seen with DOCP). There could be multiple DOCP profiles available. You might want to turn on DOCP and lower the speed manually to reach around 3466 or 3200.
