One day my friend began experiencing poor frame rates. He consistently struggled with any game, regardless of how simple it seemed to run. His system includes an i3 14100f and a GTX 1660 Super with 16 GB of RAM. He described the performance as around 10 frames per second even on GTA, which he found not too demanding.

Need full system specs including make/model of PSU. Could be malware, could be an overheating issue. Could also be a bad driver if drivers were recently updated.
