Hello, your sister is moving out and needs a new router for streaming Netflix and everyday use. You're considering a recommendation—do you think it's suitable? You prefer 5GHz over 2.4GHz, which is great for range in her 23 square meter apartment. Is this a bit too much? If you have a suggestion, it should be affordable, around $105, and still offer decent quality.

I think it will work fine. I haven't heard of this brand before, but I'm also in the US where they probably don't sell it. The alternatives are ASUS, Netgear, and TP Link. It seems like a solid router since it has AC. I believe it should handle the load. My old Dlink DIR 835 Dual band Wireless N router performed well keeping coverage in our 210 square meter home. Now my current AC router, the Synology RT2600 AC, extends the signal outside the yard. If my pasty white self ever wants to go outside, I still have WiFi.
