Hello everyone, I’m looking for some good recommendations on microphones and headphones without spending too much. I already own the Logitech g935, but I want to upgrade for livestreaming and need quality audio during conversations and in games. I found the AT2040 mic and the DT990 pro headphones, though some people say they’re not great, especially for FPS games. I’m trying to find better options around £100 for the mic and £100 for the headphones, but not exceeding £200.

The DT990 Pro is available in two models, an 80 Ohm and a 250 Ohm version. Which one are you considering? When discussing the headphones you mentioned, they're intended for audiophiles rather than gamers. The AT2040 doesn't include any cables, so it would be wise to purchase a mixer with phantom power or XLR input. The information I've found about the AT2040 doesn't mention an XLR cable, just in case you place an order and discover the microphone lacks compatible connections. What is the model of your soundcard? If you're using a motherboard's built-in audio solution, please specify its make and model.

Checking 250ohm cables for your Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WIFI D4 motherboard, what additional items should I include to ensure proper connections?
