Good day,
I attempted to log into an online game using my Gmail account because it was very convenient. However, initially it failed to connect and displayed the same error as the image I sent. After noticing my mistake, I unlinked previous devices from that Gmail account and added a recovery number in the hope it would resolve the issue, but it still kept showing "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." Eventually, I managed to log in without problems after the account recovery prompt.

In case this helps, I’d like to describe the situation a few days prior when I installed a game on both Nox and Bluestacks Android emulators, linking it to my Google account on each device. The error image is attached.

Is this a time-sensitive matter? Do I just have to wait for Google to recognize the new recovery number internally?
I also tried reaching out to the Google community, but I didn’t receive any response.

According to the "error window," you have two options: attempt again later or reach out to Google for assistance.
