I think the setting is just TGM in the console command line. You can turn it on or off. If it doesn’t work and you’re using modded versions, certain mods might interfere. Things like cheat terminals or other toggle options could be causing this. It doesn’t seem to be god mode—it looks like noclip is enabled.
the only modifications added are graphics, settlement, and weapon packs. tgm is disabled and noclip is off. during the clip I demonstrated entering the tgm command several times to confirm it was turned off, yet i sustained no harm.
