I turned on my PC and the issue began. (Attached file) Restarting it resolved it temporarily, but after a few hours it restarted again. I switched to a 5070ti from an AMD card three days ago, completed a full DDU setup before installing the new card and drivers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. IMG_3737.mov

You used another AMD model before. Detailed system specifications would help. A power supply problem is often the cause you're experiencing.

Apologies for missing a reply, here’s a summary of the situation. I changed the second monitor to the onboard graphics and the issue disappeared, so I thought it was the GPU. After two weeks, the GPU started making fan noise and I returned it, now having a PNY 5080. The PC would freeze randomly, so I switched to the new GPU and kept troubleshooting. Today a motherboard error appeared because the second monitor was prioritizing, so I swapped it back and the power flickering returned. Changing the main monitor connections didn’t help. I plan to buy a long DP cable tonight to test if using both displays on DP instead of one HDMI works. Anyone know why this would have caused the problem originally? Thanks for any advice.
