Hi there, I built a new desktop pc a few weeks ago, and everything's fine and dandy, except a few hiccups I can't really solve/explain. - Sometimes when I turn it on, it powers up (mobo led lights up, cpu fan is buzzing) but it's not going any further, no picture whatsoever. - When I want to get into the UEFI or boot menu, and I start hitting the function keys before the monitor gets some input, it's giving me the blank (black) screen again. - Same when sometimes I want to boot from a usb drive. - Various UEFI- and kernel-related difficulties with Linux (it might be just software-related, because it's the latest generation motherboard, so devs might need some time to catch up). I went through all the settings in the firmware, and nothing helped so far. Could it be a faulty motherboard or a dodgy case (button or usb-connections)?
