Based on what I've seen, software often changes fan curves defined in the BIOS, which is unfortunate. The same applies to my ASUS FanXpert program and AiSuite.

The simplest method is to adjust the fan curves within BIOS. Choose the fan and create a curve, ensuring you pick the right fan to apply it to. If unsure, select the correct fan first—otherwise, the curve will affect all fans. I use the same motherboard and only encountered an issue initially when trying to set curves from the desktop. I maintain separate fan curves for each model, which prevents unexpected changes.
