I have a graphics card Gigabyte R9 280X Ver:2.
There seems to be an issue where restarting the computer causes it to drop to 300, then linger at 500 after the game ends, and restarting again brings it back to 1000 Vqt.ola up to speed at 1100. I want to understand what might be causing this behavior so I can help you run the game smoothly.

I did not anticipate being overlooked for my question
But Ahamdllah... the inquiry was posted in another forum to resolve and repair

The issue arises because an AVG program affects the graphics card's performance limits, causing it to freeze. This keeps the performance within safe bounds to maintain optimal speed and responsiveness during gaming sessions.
