This PSU is owned by someone.
I'm checking it for my new PC build using a used part and an open case.
Planning to install a 7600x and 4070 super.

Will it satisfy your requirements? Yes. Gigabyte has a questionable track record with certain PSUs. Just a reminder to keep that in mind. Similar to the SSD discussion, I believe there are superior alternatives, though this one should suffice. Here is a review for your thought:

When discussing the PSU's quality, it appears as Tier B on the Cultist's site. You mentioned the PSU costs 80 UK pounds on Amazon—what budgeting have you set aside for your PSU in this project? If you're not based in the UK, where exactly are you located within Europe? Also, keep in mind that the PSU is regarded as the core component; a poor quality unit can cause significant issues with everything connected to it.

I believe it's a solid choice at this cost, so an 850w model would be ideal. I noticed a Seasonic priced at 104£.

it was a seasonal GX750 but it's no longer available
this model seems to be a mid-range option
