I bought a 1660ti, moving up from a 660ti. It’s been okay so far. The 660ti doesn’t have any issues, but when I remove the drivers and try to install the 1660ti I get a black screen with an “_” and my motherboard shows code 62. After some searching, it looks like a BIOS update might be needed. I’m trying to find something newer than what’s currently installed using the Windows tool from Motherboard Gigabyte GA Z77X-UD3H. My system has: Intel i5-3570K at 3.40GHz, 24GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia 660ti (working), and Nvidia 1660ti (error code 62). The power supply is 850w, 80/bronze, with SSDs and a 500GB HDD.
