Hey everyone, I need some assistance with overclocking my xeon w3680. The issue is that every time I try to push the processor to 3.9ghz, it displays on CPU-Z that its OC reaches 3.9ghz. However, when playing games, it still shows stock settings at 3.4ghz. I’ve also checked Task Manager, which lists a max frequency of 3.9ghz but never exceeds 3.4ghz. Even after checking Hwinfo, it only reports up to 4.0ghz turbo, yet it consistently caps at 3.4ghz during stress tests.
