You're considering the Gigabyte Z690 Aero G with the 12900K for your white build. There have been reports of BIOS issues with this motherboard, but it seems these problems are being addressed and fixed. The board remains a solid choice for its good value.

You mentioned "bugs" but didn't specify which ones. Could you clarify the context or provide more details?

I planned to create the same discussion. Checking if Gigabyte can resolve the DDR4 RAM speed and overclocking problems, their products have consistently underperformed. If they could enhance those aspects, their boards would offer excellent worth.

I think my hardware might be outdated, but for comparison I'm using a Gigabyte B450 (BIOS F62e), Crucial 2x8GB DDR4-3200 and a Ryzen 2700. Everything seems to be working fine. The only issue I have with Gigabyte boards is that RGB Fusion really doesn't impress!
