Resolved: I didn't wait long enough during testing, it seems one of my memory sticks failed. While assembling the PC with the mentioned motherboard and CPU (AMD Ryzen 7700X), RAM (Gskill Flare X5 2x16 at 6000 MT/s), the system briefly powered on with a flashing CPU Diagnostic Light, then stayed stable on DRAM for about two minutes before repeating. A search revealed someone else with a similar problem, but their solution didn't work for me. Steps I've tried: checked each stick in its slot, flashed BIOS F32e and F31 re-seat CPU (no bent pins). I'm stuck on the next steps except replacing the motherboard, which isn't a quick fix.

This only functions with additional memory available. If possible, you could attempt using alternative tools from another device and ensure each slot uses just one stick. I'm not sure if you've already tried this approach.

You paused for a while before shutting it down or resetting. Another method is to leave it on for 15-20 minutes. When it comes to re-seating the CPU, avoid over-tightening the screws. During troubleshooting, sometimes I don’t even plug it in and just touch the cooler.

I've already tested one stick in each port, unfortunately this is my first DDR5 build so I don't have any extra units.

I'm checking it for around ten minutes now, trying to extend the session because the memory training feels excessively long, but since it resets every two minutes, that might not be the problem

Start with one stick in a different slot and loosen the cooler screws, turning them slightly more than you would with a finger. Go through A1 to A2, then B1 to B2. Check the manual for guidance on which slot to use first. If one stick fits but another seems better, switch to the other pair—A2 and B2, then A1 and B1.
