I'm facing the same issue too. The motherboard mentioned earlier looks quite similar, but there are some missing components and differences in appearance. For example, it doesn't have a Q Flash button. I've been trying to understand it for days without opening my computer, since I'm unsure where to start. My internet speeds are extremely slow, and it's not related to the connection itself.
These images could very well belong to me as well. My board matches exactly. Through some investigation on the site, I discovered it under "Cyberpower PC's" and in the "Drivers and Support" section, it appears listed under "CyberpowerPC brand Motherboards." I selected Gigabyte from that list—don’t pick Gigabyte first or you’ll be redirected. There are a few BIOS entries available, but only one for the B550 UD AC model. Despite trying to update it, I still couldn’t get the BIOS to load correctly. Last time when downloading directly from Gigabyte, I received an incorrect part number error.
B550UDACY1.zip contains the necessary bios files for future reference.
I've identified the required BIOS file as MB-478-120 B550UDACY1.zip for the Cyberpower PC. The installation process is stalling with repeated messages like "Writing....Erasing...." and the progress bar restarts without completing. No clear reason is provided for the failure.
Confirmed, the details are correct. For guidance, reach out to CyberPowerPC tech support. Consider using AFUWin in Windows instead. If needed, rename the bios file to .rom during a DL from CyberPower using the AMI Flash Utility. AFUWin.zip is included.
Ok guys I got it. I posted my findings on Reddit. Here's a copy / paste. WOOHOO! After fuxing with this all day I figured it out. If you have the CYBERPOWER PC Sam's Club offering you need to go to Cyberpower's website and go to "Support" > "Drivers & Software" > select "Cyberpower PC Brand" from the manufacturer's list > then "Cyberpower PC Motherboards" > "BIOS" > "Gigabyte" > "MB-478-120 B550UDACY1.zip" Extract that to a USB stick. Hold down "SHIFT" + click "RESTART". Restart the PC to UEFI settings menu. Use Q-Flash to update the BIOS. The Gigabyte "@BIOS" tool does not work for prebuilt machines.
The instructions were fully effective for me. Just remember, after the Q-Flash, the DEL button acts as the "DEL" key. Press Enter to select your file, wait, and ensure the USB stick is removed post-Bios update and PC restart. The PC may loop until you delete it.
I have a prebuilt from NZXT with the same motherboard. Can I apply the BIOS update from Cyberpower? Also, could you tell me how many M.2 expansion slots there are? I tried contacting NZXT, but their support system isn’t responding well. I’m open to a call if it helps. Thank you!
