Checking compatibility, the B460M Aorus Pro supports high-end CPUs like the i9 10900K. You should be able to run it smoothly.

I question that. It seems to be a 4-phase Vcore, but why add one with a lower-end board?

It’s most probable...but using a K SKU Intel processor outside a Z or X board won’t make sense and could cost you money. Z/X branded boards support CPU overclocking, which requires a K SKU. A B series board works better with a locked processor (without a K suffix).

The Gigabyte site indicates this motherboard was built for the Core i9-10900K. https://www.gigabyte.com/ca/Motherboard/...v-10/sp#sp Overclocking isn't possible here, but the CPU will function normally at its standard settings.
