I've kept this motherboard for a couple of years in its box, then placed an old GTX 1050 TI inside and noticed the VGA RED light stayed on. After reinserting the GPU it still worked, but the display remained lit. The web browsing is fine, so the issue might be with the power supply or a faulty component. Check for any signs of damage or corrosion around the GPU connection.

Some boards have lights on without there being an issue Your motherboard manual may have a troubleshooting section in the back.
