I experienced random shutdowns after startup due to my computer going to sleep and restarting. The setup includes a Gigabyte X570 Pro WiFi motherboard, a Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB RAM overclocked at 3600 with the default XMP profile. I never adjusted the Ryzen 3900x settings and turned off sleep/hibernation in power settings. At one point, it would sleep for about seven minutes before restarting, and if it didn’t restart after that, it would wait an hour before doing so. I suspect the issue stems from the default XMP profile on the Gigabyte board. After a clean Windows 10 install, the system rebooted automatically. I disabled the XMP profile in BIOS, reinstalled Windows, and updated drivers. I set the power plan to AMD Balanced Performance and kept sleep/hibernation off. Right now, after 49 minutes of inactivity, the computer hasn’t entered sleep mode and restarted. After an hour, I’ll check again and let you know if it continues this behavior. I’ll also attempt to enable the XMP profile and see how it affects the system. Do you believe this is related to the XMP configuration causing the shutdowns?

The past hour has passed without any interaction with my computer, and everything appears normal. It hasn’t entered sleep mode or restarted itself.

The XMP profile was identified as the cause. I rechecked it and it entered sleep mode before restarting.

You mentioned changing the multiplier and voltage—it’s straightforward if you adjust them carefully, gradually increasing the multiplier until it stabilizes or reaches a comfortable speed. There are many YouTube channels and forums offering more in-depth guidance.
