Check if there are drivers available for the Bluetooth module on the manufacturer's website. Open Device Manager, locate the Bluetooth module, right-click and select Properties, look for a Power Management section that could affect performance unexpectedly.
I encountered an issue with Bluetooth on my Gigabyte B550I Aorus Pro AX. Since I rely on it for Xbox controllers, I switched to using an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. Initially, I adjusted power settings in Power Options and checked the Device Manager. One adjustment that helped was disabling "USB Selective Suspend" in my power plan. You can also try modifying settings through Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → Edit Plan Settings → Change Advanced Power Settings/USB Settings.
