Hello, welcome to the forum and pc building community. I have a quick question about my setup. I purchased a Gigabyte Aorus X570 Elite WiFi (rev1.0) and then got a Ryzen 3700X. I was told that Gigabyte motherboards might not recognize the CPU if the BIOS isn't current. I’m curious—will the BIOS version included with my motherboard work with my CPU, or will I need to flash it with the latest BIOS? Also, I have a 3200MHz DDR4 16GB RAM kit from G.Skill Trident Z, and I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks for your time!

Thanks for the support. I was nervous about getting everything sorted and excited that the system wouldn’t work. Quickly, if it’s not an issue, updating with the latest BIOS could be beneficial—just check if it’s available before flashing. Otherwise, leaving it as is might be fine.
