I'm a bit technical and could help with this. Your friend's setup is top-of-the-line, but the system won't start or boot. The screen stays black with no signal. It worked before swapping memory modules—both old and new were identical, only the new one was white now. This suggests the new RAM might be faulty. Check if the modules are properly seated and try a different RAM stick to confirm.
