Hello, the PSU is a Corsair RMA1000x with 1000 watts. The BIOS is configured for Gen 4 and the power plan is at full capacity. I’ve been investigating this problem and it appears to be quite common. It seems to stem from software issues—specifically, the GPU performs well and gaming runs normally after uninstalling and reinstalling the DDU driver, followed by a restart or power cycle.

The issue only appears when the device is powered off, which raises concerns about a dying battery or another related problem.

Thanks! I’ll test it once during normal operation and again after a restart to compare the results.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your feedback. I managed to resolve the problem after some troubleshooting. It was a complex situation. The main cause was a mix of factors.

The problem started when I first set up the PC on Windows 10 Pro. Everything seemed normal at first. Then I accidentally upgraded to Windows 11 without turning off the auto-download feature in settings. Also, enabling the Fast Boot option might have triggered driver issues. This led to corrupted Nvidia drivers.

To fix it, I followed these steps:
- Disabled Auto download drivers and Fast Boot options.
- Disabled Secure Boot via BIOS.
- Entered safe mode and removed all drivers, including AMD and INTEL.
- Performed a full clean install of Windows 10 Pro.
- Installed NVCleanstall and the Nvidia driver.
- Ran a complete wipe and reinstalled everything.
- Chose a custom install with a clean setup.
- Added other drivers one by one, restarting after each.
- Performed multiple power cycles and restarts.

The PC now runs smoothly. I strongly suggest using NVCleanstall for driver installation and the Nvidia control panel. Updating drivers without clearing old ones can cause conflicts. Also, many background packages consume resources unnecessarily.

For more details, check out the NVCleanstall guide. Hope this helps someone later!
