All I can say for now is wait for someone else to notice who may know more about the problem. Couple people I can think of who might have some insight here: @mynameisjuan @brwainer @Lurick Maybe you guys have dealt with something like this in the past? Only the host is having the issue and it's only for Internet bound traffic. Local traffic and VM's appear unaffected.
It seems like there might be a system-related problem for you. I don’t have other possibilities in mind.
