It seems there might be a problem with the servers you're downloading from. Even with 1 Gbps available, the server you're connected to could have limited speed. The internet works both ways—if a server is busy, your download might be restricted no matter how much bandwidth you have. You should also check Midco's load and consider that cable connections are shared, so your speed can change based on network congestion.
