CPU Intel i5 13400f compatible with 4800mhz ddr5
CPU fan AIR id cooling s226xt
GRAPHICS CARD gigabyte 3060 windforce
MOTHERBOARD b760m gigabyte aorus pro ax rev 1.0 ddr5
MEMORY 8x2 16GB Kingston fury beast 4800mhz ddr5 (in slots A1 B1)
POWER SUPPLY 620w seasonic modular (using only an 8 pin atx 12v)
NVME 1tb mushkin vortex redline
SSHDD Seagate dx01
Two fans connected
Only peripherals connected were mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Eventually after resetting CMOS four times!!!!!!! it booted or I just wasn't waiting that 1 minute or my screen was in sleep mode?
Board temperatures and CPU temperatures stay between 21-25C
Why does this board beep then turn off (no speaker usually) and post in about 30 to 45 seconds?
Checking RAM status?
What is this artifact line during the post in the image?

Switching to a 750w power supply for some reason, Gigabyte wants me to xD I think it would be for a much higher CPU and GPU though but whatever.

Not sure if the manual is too unclear, but it's always been A1 and B1 for two RAM modules on other boards. I haven't touched Gigabyte since setting up my work office computers. Oh, you're right, they suggest A2 B2 for a reason.

well i am using a pretty oldish power supply from maybe 5 years ago (purchase date). so i am only using the 2x4 atx power (ther is only one more 1x4 which i reckon isnt needed since its only a i5 13400)

Check the manual, it seems you have the incorrect slots.
