Hey, I bought control a month ago and I'm facing a lot of ghosting and smearing issues. I want to clarify that this isn't related to my display. I played it on my 4K TV in the living room, recorded a short clip, and played it back on my 144Hz TN monitor, and the same thing happened. I'm using an RTX 2080 super and an i9 9900kf OC at 4.9 GHz. Is this a DLS problem? Thanks for your help.

i don't believe what you're going through is ghosting, if you're confident about your monitor's performance.
it might just be a low polling rate from the controller.
most modern gaming mice have a polling rate of at least 500-1000mhz, while typical console controllers usually sit around 125mhz... maybe that's the issue?
i could be completely wrong though...

Does it support TXAA? That technique relies on data from earlier frames to refine the image, but in motion it appears as blurry.

I don't believe it relates to it, why would it? Control only features MSAA which turns off when DLSS is active
I'm attaching a video showing what it looks like

It seems like you're checking if the game has a time-related feature. I tried adjusting everything and turned it back on one by one until it worked again. Perhaps it's just a poor motion blur implementation?

Oh no, I missed that too. The same thing was added to the new metro. Thanks again.
