I don’t understand any issues with your PC. It powers on normally and boots into BIOS without problems. I’ve checked all components, and the secure boot feature in BIOS isn’t turning on—it’s disabling itself each time you restart. The motherboard is connected properly, and everything seems to be in place.

Check if your HDD/SSD appears in the main System Information or Boot Priority section. If absent, the drive may be disconnected or failed.
