At startup, the initial display will usually guide you with a key for setup such as (F2 setup F12 boot options (my system standards)), and you press the matching button. In the BIOS menu, look for an option named boot order or similar, then adjust the settings to position your HDD first. Save these changes by selecting the option in the menu, then exit using the escape key. When the system restarts, press the boot options button to skip the HDD and proceed with a clean Windows installation from the USB drive. During Windows setup, remove all other drives except the USB, as it’s required for the install. Once everything is installed and the system restarts, it should boot normally without further input.

You're stuck because the BIOS setup menu isn't accessible. Try pressing Ctrl + A to launch the boot utility, then wait for it to load. If that doesn't work, check if your computer has a physical key switch for BIOS and press it while the system boots. If not, consult your motherboard manual or contact support for further help.

You can usually find the opening steps for BIOS or UEFI menus by searching online for the specific system model. Once located, you’ll discover the necessary keys to access them.

I used to run on a CyberPowerPC, but I had trouble finding specific info earlier.

I performed a broad search for Acer laptops and found instructions suggesting using the delete button. It also mentioned that pressing F2 would open boot options, pointing to the USB boot location shown in the image.
