I used my ASUS n551j computer normally until it suddenly froze, the screen turned black, and the blue aptio setup window appeared. This has occurred before when launching it; I saved and closed it previously and it functioned then, but now it doesn’t work. I searched online for solutions but haven’t found a fix. Anyone have suggestions?
