Every time I power on my PC, I encounter the DRAM light repeatedly. I changed the RAM, tried various slots, reset the CMOS, but I’m unsure if the motherboard is faulty or if there’s an issue with the RAM sticks. If the board itself is defective, what steps should I take to replace it? I recently purchased a Gigabyte B650 Elite Ax Ryzen 7 7800X3D with a 1000W Corsair RM X.

If you're referring to the final Dimm slot, go for it. It's a straightforward test that doesn't take much time. Regarding the BIOS, it can assist with CPU compatibility. Because your CPU was released after your board was produced, an update might be necessary so the BIOS recognizes it properly.
