I'm working on selling my PC. I planned to reset it but when I chose remove everything, it asked for a drive selection and blocked me with a message. I tried formatting the two main drives and using the USB I had installed Windows on, but once I reached the install screen it showed an error when choosing my SSD. After restarting, I saw only the Windows Boot Manager and can't interact with it since my keyboard doesn't work there. I'm getting a 0xc000000f error and can't boot into BIOS or anything. I even made a recovery drive but can't select it. Please help me get rid of this PC tomorrow.

Your keyboard isn't functioning properly if you try to access the BIOS. Have you attempted connecting it to another USB port or using a different keyboard? When preparing a computer for sale, I suggest using a bootable disk like Parted Magic and performing a secure erase before installing Windows. This ensures data security and prevents easy recovery.

For a cost-free way to clean disks, consider using the hirens boot CD. Performing an HDD erase is also suitable for this task.
