My computer keeps restarting into the screen with F1, F2, or F5 and when you press F2 it gets stuck in UEFI mode, and any other key causes it to loop again.

Refers to being trapped in the UEFI setup. You can try accessing the BIOS. Resetting the CMOS might help if needed.
