Getting started with overclocking can be confusing.
Many Xeon CPUs are locked to multipliers, making it hard to overclock them without altering BCLK, which can lead to instability and even permanent damage. Intel also published a whitepaper addressing this issue: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/w...or...-paper.pdf. It might be better to consider alternatives before buying—perhaps an i7 instead? The Xeon model you mentioned was released in 2010, which seems outdated.
