The game titles clearly stand out to me. Recently, I've been enjoying certain titles like StarCraft 2, Need for Speed: Heat, Deep Rock Galactic, etc., and I've started observing noticeable "screen tearing" effects. During play, especially in cutscenes, the display appears to flicker or ripple, making it difficult to dismiss once seen. What should I do about this? I've heard V-Sync might help sometimes, but it hasn't made a difference so far.

PC Specifications: Core I3-8100, Nvidia RTX 3050, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD with games installed. Any suggestions would be great!

GPU usage is near 80%, CPU performance is similar. All other components are functioning properly.

Setting a frame limiter in the game halts it. Screen tearing typically occurs when frame rates are too high compared to lower rates.
