Hi there. My RAM can't run faster than 2133Mhz, even though the memory is supposed for 3200. The RAM is a VENGEANCE LED kit with 16GB of DDR4 DRAM at 3200MHz C15 speed and white LEDs. My motherboard is a Sabertooth x99. I've tried turning on XMP, but the computer won't even start up correctly. My overclocking settings are: Memory Frequency set to 3200Mhz, voltages for all four channels at 1.400 volts each, CAS latency set to 16, and all other timing options like RAS time and command rate are also set automatically or to standard values. When I hit these buttons, the computer turns on but doesn't show any screen after a long wait and then shuts down again. Does anyone else have a fix for this?

Your computer says you need a CPU running at 2400 or 2133 megahertz just to start working.

Oh man, they said I should forget about that part, but wait... oh no! My old PC ran super fast back then at 3200 MHz, and today? No matter how much more RAM speed you add, my computer just keeps crashing or not working.
