In recent days my PC has begun showing small stutters. My frame rate fluctuates from 144 to around 128 before returning to normal, and I notice noticeable lag. When trying to put it to sleep, it freezes completely—mouse movement stops entirely. The system feels unresponsive, and I can't perform any actions. It seems like the Asus 4090 with the 12900k CPU, Samsung 980 Pro SSD, and G-Skill 5600 DDR5 setup is experiencing issues. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
