Hello Everyone! I'm facing a persistent issue that's been really frustrating. Recently, I've encountered frequent lag spikes and stutters in several games while playing in fullscreen. For instance, in Rocket League, I usually maintain a steady 75 frames per second, but due to these stutters, my performance drops sharply—falling from 75 to just 10-20 fps every couple of seconds. This pattern seems consistent across other titles as well. I've checked online forums and found mostly outdated advice, with no effective solutions.
