I'm experiencing fps drops and low frame rates, plus mouse movement causes spikes. My setup includes an RTX 3060 notebook, Ryzen 7 5800h processor, 16GB RAM, and an SSD.

It's not very warm, around 60-65 degrees for the GPU and under 85 degrees for the CPU.
