I upgraded from a 1050 Ti to a GTX 1070 with an i5-4460s. I played the division at around 50-60 FPS while fighting, and after testing, the game claims my average is 140 FPS. It seems like it’s not matching anyone else’s expectations. The settings were all set to low, but it didn’t help.

The issue appears to be with the display resolution. You're seeing 60 frames per second, but the game is rendering at 140 fps. Check your monitor's settings to ensure they match the game's output.

It seems there might be a discrepancy between the expected and actual frame rates. Let's check the settings to see why you're experiencing lower than anticipated performance.

Yes, I’m only observing 50-60 frames per second, and the FPS test shows an average of 140.

No, I don't have to achieve identical outcomes in the game.

I don't have access to real-time information about your monitor's refresh rate. You can check it by looking at the settings menu on your device or using manufacturer-specific tools.

It varies based on the game situation. Are Vsync or similar settings turned off?
