You're considering upgrading your setup for better performance and streaming potential. The new components—Amd Ryzen 9 7950X, 3090 Ti, 32 GB RAM, NVMe drive, and triple-screen setup—suggest a strong foundation for high-end gaming and content creation. However, the frame drop you experienced during streaming indicates there may still be room for improvement, especially if your graphics card or cooling system isn't optimized. Since you're close to achieving solid frame rates (70-90), sticking with your current rig could work well for casual play and basic streaming. If you want to maximize performance and future-proof your setup, building another PC specifically for streaming might be a smart move.

I understand individuals who do this, but it brings its own set of difficulties. In my view, the inconvenience it causes isn't worth it, though it would remove the risk of streaming affecting the game's performance.
