Hello! I'm trying to get a Windows 7 ISO, but the official site isn't working for me. I have a valid product key, yet they ask me to reach out to the manufacturer. Can someone assist me with downloading it?

You’d need to purchase an installation disk for Windows 7 or contact Microsoft support for assistance.

The Windows support is available in the Netherlands. To reach them, you should contact the local store directly using their phone number or email address provided there.

It should display a phone number on their website. It might have been a new shrinkwrap or simply provided to you. Appears to be an OEM key, likely not compatible with your self-built setup since it’s intended for manufacturers like Dell or HP.

Usually OEM keys are offered at low prices since they function only once. If you ever lose your disk, things can get complicated. There are methods to work around this, though it’s a confusing topic and sharing advice here might raise concerns.

I realize there are unofficial methods for downloading Windows 7 ISO files, but I believe we should stick to the official process instead.
