Hello everyone, I'm working on assembling a computer for a friend. I recall using a built-in Windows utility to remove user accounts and preserve drivers and software. Do you know where that tool is located? I've searched online without success and think it might be related to preparing the system for final delivery or customer use. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Sysprep, choose OOBE, then pick generalise and set shutdown method. The tool is found at C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep
