I appreciate your feedback.
I also concur that UE5 games are a mistake. It just made developers lazy, and I was playing Stalker 2—it's really disappointing. It hurts my current system.

This board features the updated chipset. You don’t have to install another exhaust fan in that case. It offers excellent airflow naturally.

I understand, thank you.
I'll begin purchasing the additional components while I monitor the performance of the new Nvidia and AMD cards.

I strongly disagree with all the points mentioned regarding UE5. The issue lies in the engine's performance when handling open-world games with high visual quality settings at the same time. It also consumes more CPU resources compared to other engines in similar situations.

It could definitely be. I don’t have any expertise, so what I’m saying is based purely on what I’ve seen. My observations indicate poor results consistently across my setup. Plus, they all seem pretty similar.

I'd agree to an extent, but I think it's more down to optimization. Some of the other engines out there like ID Tech look just as good as UE5 and don't tank performance or visuals. I'd even argue they look better. But this is subjective, and getting off topic now.
The OP has some great suggestions above, and choosing the GPU now is all that remains, essentially.
Good luck!
