Attempting to set up Windows is failing because the system indicates it cannot install to this drive. It mentions the disk already has an MBR partition table. On an EFI system, Windows may work with GPT disks. I've installed Windows on this device before.
After starting the setup, when you reach the first window prompt, press Shift+F10 to open the command window. Enter the DiskPart commands to list disks, select the one needed for OS installation, clean the disk, create a primary partition with alignment, format it using NTFS quickly, and then exit to begin the installation.
