For your AMD Athlon 200GE, start with a voltage around 1.6V and adjust up gradually. To check CPU ratio in ASUS BIOS, enter BIOS setup after reboot and look for the "CPU Ratio" or similar option.

What model are you using? I've had mine running at 4.0ghz with 1.42 volts, though it wasn't reliable. At 3.8ghz it works at 1.38 volts (auto voltage on my MSI B450). Keeping above 1.4 volts can harm the CPU. I managed to run memory at 3200 with a frequency range of 16-18-18-18 MHz and it seemed stable, but I didn't test it for extended periods.
