I am setting up a new computer and planned a clean installation of the latest Windows version. I used the Windows 10 media creation utility, formatted a USB drive, and loaded the ISO file onto it. However, when I attempt to boot from it, I see an error: "An operating system wasn't found." I tried disconnecting any drives that don’t have an OS and pressed Ctrl + alt + Del to restart. The message suggests checking for other drives with operating systems first. I’m unsure why the ISO is searching for an OS when I expect a fresh install.

No, I didn't use a boot USB creator like Rufus or Daemon.

I've also made additional bootable drives in this area.

You can't simply add the ISO file; you must employ the Media Creation Tool to generate an install disk using the flash drive. From there: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windo...ol-install
