I need to find a solution to fit the GPU requirements without purchasing a new PSU.
Regardless of what you do, avoid using that PSU.
It wasn't intended to power a proper graphics card, and using it greatly increases the chance of damaging your components.
If you wish to purchase a gaming-spec graphics card, you'll need to buy a gaming-spec PSU to match it.
Keep your funds safe and upgrade to a new PSU, I strongly suspect the PSU isn't delivering 600w. If it lacks PCI-e connectors, it's either poorly built or not designed for such a card. Save some money by choosing an EVGA 210-GQ-0650-V1 for $80 with a $20 rebate or a Seasonic S12II 620 Bronze for $63. I wouldn't risk using adapters to power the card and end up damaging your system when the PSU fails.
Keep saving, then invest in a fresh PSU.
Okay... it's tough to find funds locally.
