im not any wiser, but Microsoft has official download of both installer and iso file, if it's a problem with that

The ISO 9660 image requires El-Torito extensions. Refer to the OSDev Wiki page for details. The appropriate file format for booting should be one of these: bootmgr, efi/boot/bootx64.efi, with the boot flag set accordingly.
